Advantages - looks classy on expensive garments, multiple colours don't cost any more to set up.
Disadvantages - the cost per logo is greater than screen printing, very large designs are often impractical or costly, not always suitable for fabics like thin t-shirts, and very stretchy items.

Logos are digitised and simplified to get the best combination of colours and appearance. Designs with graduations and very small details are not suitable for exact reproduction and sometimes full colour printing is a better alternative. If in doubt send us a copy of your logo.

Pricing

Just like printing there are cost incurred setting up a new job.

1. Digitising

This is a one off charge, since once your design is stored with us electronically, there will be no need to pay another setup charge. Digitising is normally charged at £10 per 1,000 stitches. An average left breast club logo is approximately 5,000 stitches.

2. Stitching the logo

This is the cost of applying the logo to the garment, bag or hat. The per item charge is calculated by - the number of items to be embroidered with the same logo and the number of stitches in the logo:

3. Monogramming

If you require individual names applying to your garments there are not set up charges. Simply supply a list of names in a spreadsheet specifying the colour of the thread and the size and colour of the garment or each name. Choose a font style for the lettering, and we do the rest.
